郑力:1986年和1991年分别获得清华大学本科和博士学位,94-96年曾在佐治亚理工大学访问,现任清华大学工业工程系教授,博士生导师。郑力教授已发表文章超过二百篇,专著和教材5本,曾获得国家科技进步奖、国家发明奖和教育部优秀青年教师奖,北京市五一奖章,享受国务院特贴。郑力教授的主要研究领域是生产与物流管理、生产系统分析和企业信息化。郑力教授还是机械工程学会工业工程分会副主任委员和生产工程分会的常务理事,国际工业工程学会中国部首任主任和多个国际学术期刊的编委。

研究领域

1. 合作制造关键工具:

合作成为企业提高效率的关键,需要针对不同的情况,研究和开发不同的工具。目前正在研究和开发的有5种工具;

合作基础环境:提供基础的各种合作交流环境,如:公告板系统、实时交流系统、白板系统等;

产品数据管理工具:研究新一代面向合作产品开发的数据管理系统;

工艺设计和数据管理工具:研究能够适应复杂工艺设计要求的协同工艺设计和工艺数据管理系统;

生产数据管理工具:支持中小企业的、基于薄客户端计算模型的生产数据管理方法及其工具;

远程生产监视工具:提供远程设备维护和诊断功能。

2. 工业工程:

物流工程:包括规划和优化生产物流系统、商业物流系统;物流信息系统的体系结构和使能技术;

卓越工程:通过“改善”提升生产率的方法。

3. 生产系统分析、仿真和设计:

研究复杂生产系统,包括流水线、柔性制造单元的特性、设计方法学,以汽车为对象,综合应用分析和仿真工具,设计和优化生产系统,主要研究包括;

生产线的物流仿真和优化设计;

基于仿真的生产线调度优化;

先进生产计划与优化系统。

4. 虚拟产品开发:

通过开发流程和关键工具的开发,提高机床企业的开发能力。主要研究包括产品数据管理系统:包括工作流管理、产品配置管理等;

虚拟装配系统:对产品设计进行初步的校验,发现静态和动态的干涉;

CAPP系统:与设计数据的有效集成,半自动地进行工艺设计和规划;

物理学特性的仿真:如整机和部件的动力学和热力学特性的有限元分析和仿真。

5. 切削建模与仿真(BETTERCUT系统):

研究一个结合几何和物理仿真,能够进行各种数控代码优化的加工过程仿真和优化系统;研究考虑能针对任意复杂零件和加工轨迹,并结合切削的物理模型,给出加工的物理学特性,如:切削力、工件变形、颤振等。系统分为5个子系统;

几何仿真系统:探索开发一个通用的几何仿真引擎,能对复杂的形状和多轴运动进行仿真;

物理仿真系统:研究切削的物理学模型,将其与几何仿真系统的输出衔接,获得实际切削的物理参数仿真;

优化系统:根据不同的加工要求,提供不同的优化方案,对实际的数控代码进行优化;

输入、输出系统:提供方便的工件、加工轨迹的输入和输出。
